Question by yep: Is it ok to run humidifiers all the time as long as I clean them regularly?

I bought some humidifiers for my house that is very dry all the time. Someone told me its bad for you to run them all the time. I’ve never heard that before and it confused me.
Of course I will clean them regularly as well.

It can be bad even if you clean them!!! They can produce mold inside your house and mold can lead to sinus problems allergies,colds and sometimes in bad cases kill you!! I found this out because it happened where I was living but the mold was in places I couldn’t see!!!!
