Question by βεℓℓα: Is anyone elses humidifiers making the finish come off their furniture or walls peeling ?

We have to run them or it is dry as the Sahara in here and flu season and all, but omg, the finish is coming off furniture and ceiling paint is peeling ! And it is still too dry in here. Any suggestions ?

The problem is that you do not have enough ventilation to allow the water vapor to escape the room so it stays inside and creates it’s own little rain forest, You might want to check with a local contractor for ways to alleviate this because it has the potential to become harmful. Get one bad mold growing in that situation and watch out!
